If a trip is sold out and you no longer can see the ‘Book / Details’ button, you may either look for any notification emails from us or contact us.

Plan to arrive 60 minutes prior departure and use street parking for the duration of your activity.

To redeem your gift card, you must first get to the payment page.

Create your booking as you would without a gift certificate. Once you get to the payment page, instead of adding a credit card, click on ‘Gift Certificate’ and copy your full code there.

It should look like this: G482788-311-051820.

Upon clicking on ‘View & Book', a popup screen with the date, time, and number of divers will be displayed.

At the bottom of that screen, you’ll read ‘Click to apply a promo code’.

Click that link and type in your promo code, then hit ‘Apply’. The code will be applied to the final balance automatically.
